Jerry G. Noles
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Noles joined Poole Management Company in 2005, a privately held portfolio investment and Management Company with operations in business consulting, varied medical enterprises, fund management, real estate development/construction, and other diversified industries. During his tenure he has worked with the PMC Team to implement new and improved systems, processes and procedures with a goal of enhancing the operational infrastructure and profitable growth of the company. He also provided outside contract consulting CFO support to independent entities while continuing to support the Poole Group of Companies.
Mr. Noles’ background includes over 40 years financial and operational experience with Fortune 500 as well as early stage and rapid growth companies with international expansion opportunities. Prior to Poole Management Company, Mr. Noles served as Vice President and CFO of Dana B. Kenyon Company, a privately held design/build general contracting firm with commercial, industrial, institutional and residential divisions engaged in projects ranging from $1 million to $40+ million Prior to this position, he was Founder, President and Contract CFO to Client companies of Business Partners LLC., a professional services, outsourcing, staffing, and consulting firm composed of over 40 senior financial and operational executives with representation in geographic locations all across the United States.
He held the positions of Divisional CFO, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Assistant Treasurer and Controller for Hercules Pulp and Paper Group (formerly Betz Dearborn and Betz PaperChem, Inc.), a $1 billion global sales organization with operations in over 30 countries.
Before that, he was the Assistant Controller of the Caribbean Division of Crowley Maritime Corporation. In this position, he was accountable for all financial processing operations for 9 domestic and 3 foreign corporations as well as 18 separate profit centers. In this high volume operation, he worked with over 150 accounting department employees throughout Florida, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and Venezuela.
Previous to this position he worked as a CPA with the Big 4 accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. In this capacity, he was directly involved in audit and tax engagements, and participated in management and operational consulting engagements, business valuations as well as mergers and acquisitions of companies across a variety of industry lines.
He received a B.S.B.A degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance/Economics from the University of Florida (graduated cum laude) and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honorary fraternity. He has been a member of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA), Florida Institute of CPA’S (FICPA), and Financial Executives International – Board of Directors (FEI), Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce (Finance Committee), and Rotary International.
